There are many reasons Lady Falconburgh’s is a favorite of Durango locals. Of course, Lady Falconburgh’s is primarily known for the beer. With 38 taps rotating brews from around the country and the world, and just as many varieties in bottles, it is clearly a beer lover’s paradise. But we’re always surprised when we hear folks refer to Lady Falconburgh’s as a “college bar.” Although that is true – Falc’s is a very popular gathering and watering hole for college students – that happens mostly later at night. During the day and early evenings, Falc’s is a completely different scene. Instead of the college crowd, you’ll find church groups and families enjoying a casual and fun dinner out, with parents chasing toddlers around and around our unique square bar. Maybe it’s the great kids menu, or our diverse adult menu with high-quality, low-priced offerings, or the relaxed and friendly feel. Or simply because it’s been a family-owned, mother-son team for over 20 years – the kids seem to love coming to Falc’s just as much as the parents and students do.
